New Scope

I finally got a decent scope, I think, for the .270

Nikon 4-12X40

I think this Monarch will suit me just fine, I have just placed the order, so if anyone has anything against this particular scope, please let me know quickly...

I don't have any experience with them, but from what I hear, there comparable if not better than the Leupold VX-III. I have 2 VX-III's and there excellent. Doesn't get too much better than them, so I'm sure you will have a great scope. I bought a new Nikon prostaff off of Ebay a few months ago for $100 and put it on a Marlin 30-30. That is the bottom of the line Nikon scope, and for the price I was really surprised and how good it was. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Thats good to hear...I found a decent deal on a new one, and jumped on it, I had heard good things about them, so I felt it was a pretty solid investment.

Anyone else?

The Nikon Monarchs are great scope. Very hard to beat them for the money.

XDgunner, I just would like to let you know that our sale on our Nikon's will be ending tonight and they will be going back to the original pricing.
