New Russian precision rifles - Orsis and others

Does anybody have experience with any of these Russian systems?

I've been googling and reading online about these, and I was wondering if anybody in the forum has first hand experience with them.

Are they as good as the media says they are? How do they compare with the best of our systems?

Never heard of them.
WWW material looks like a straightforward bolt action with the bells and whistles considered essential by the Modern Shooter.
I don't see them offered for sale in the USA.
Interestingly, they are cataloged (only?) in US and EU calibers.
