Here's a few shots of my new elk grips from Grashorns Gunworks. A few weeks back, my 1916 Colt Army Special cried out to have its "Jay Scott" imitation pearl grips replaced (especially recalling Patton's remarks about pearl grips!). After an exchange of a few emails with Mr. Grashorn, I placed my order. They were done rapidly and expertly, and they fit wonderfully. He did a great job of installing the two 1916 dimes I asked him to use for medallions, too! I could not be more pleased with the way they turned out. They add a smidgen of class to an otherwise plain old piece. If there's a pistol in your life that is in need of a dressing up, get in contact with Patrick Grashorn (www.grashornsgunworks.com) --- you will not be sorry! Hope these pictures turn out OK......
