Ok i,ve always used onece fired brass, and recently bought a 22 Hornet, with the price of shells being so high I bought new brass, I full length sized them and worked up some loads, now that im neck sizing only do I have to work up my loads agin?

Shouldn't. If anything you'll need to see if your velocity has dropped off a bit. It won't be much. Unless you're benchrest shooting, you're not going to see much difference.

It depends somewhat on the load. If it is at or below about 30,000 psi max, you will get the lower velocity Tuttle8 suggested and may want to work up to a little more powder. If the load was over that line, though, the chances are the brass was expanding to fill the chamber before the powder burn peaked, and therefore the performance of the load you have will already be reflective of that greater fireformed volume and will not change.
