Doesn't hurt to do it....and it may even help bottle-necked cases.

It does remove any dents, etc., caused during packing and shipping.

I always do.

The stuff going through the Dillon is easier that way - no sense breaking tradition ;) & bottlenecks most always get the size, trim, ream bit anyway.

Dents in the necks'll get taken out but those in the shoulder/body usually won't. No matter - first firing blows 'em out anyway.
