On the Tactical Rifle forum over on Yahoo, a foreign guy -Pakistani, I think - has been writing about the regional warlord chiefs wanting more small arms oomph that have worked up a new 3000 fps 7mm X 39 round (NOT 7.62) with an AK action and are already into production in their cottage arms industry.
