The turn around Beretta gave me for the Neos recall was pretty good. It took between 10 and 12 days from when I requested the shipping labels until the pistols were returned to me.
It looks like they replaced the firing pins and the safety levers. I don't know what else they may have done. My only cost was boxing them up to send in. This has not been nearly as bad an experience as some might think it will be.
