Thanks guys, I found and ordered one from Ghost; $34 plus shipping, has anyone had to do this swap out yet? It looks pretty straight forward, drift the pin, replace extractor, replace pin.

It wasn't extracting cases, almost every other one.

I haven't replaced the spring yet but I see that ghost also has them, so if the new extractor doesn't so the trick than that will be the next thing. I really do think it was the extractor itself because it really was toasted compared to the new one. Again, I was very pleased at how easy it was to replace.
I bought the gun used from one of the live on-line auctions I attend regularly, I paid $300 for the gun so a $34 dollar extractor still makes it a good deal I think. Its the two tone version and is really in good shape and dosn't look like it has that many rounds thru it but who knows.
