ok, ive got an old stevens 12 gauge double barrel shotgun, side X side, the only th ing i can find on the gun itself says

i got it from a friend who gave it to me for the purpose off finding a new stock and foreend for it, it currently has the original on it but the stock is broken and though he could get it fixed, he wants to be able to use it regularly and not have to worry about it.
can any one help with maybe a model or other info that could help me fins a company that i could buy a new stock for it
