My grandfather has an old russian nagant pistol, and has been asking me for months if i can find ammo for it. He said it shoots .32 H&R Mag. I had never even heard of a .32 Mag until he pulled an almost empty box out. He said it also shoots a russian round but wasn't sure the size. He said 7.62 x something but he couldn't remember. I would love to get him a few boxes of ammo for Christmas. Any help on what the russian round might be would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Guys!

Maybe this will help. I know nothing about the piece, but I do know how to google. Some were built in 7.62 X 38, and apparently only Fiocchi is making the ammo for it. But it will readily digest 32 S&W and 32 Mag ammo. Read on down the article a bit, you will find the reference.

For slightly cheaper shooting they sell a 32acp cylinder which drops in and allows you to use the much more readily available 32acp cartridge instead of the expensive and often difficult to find 7.62 Nagant that it was originally chambered for.
You can get them here but you might be able to find them cheaper somewhere else.
