Need Help Identifying Old Derringer

Hi, first time poster. Hope this is right place to post. Can anyone identify this rimfire derringer? Made in Spain." Other marks:

Shield with a "C" in it

"E1109" on frame and barrel

"N-F" on barrel

Eclipse shape containing "22C" on barrel (It's definitely 22LR)

"I1" on barrel

Some other small marks, can't make out.

I have never seen one, and I used to keep up with all the little guns.
It's definitely a pre-1968 gun.

It's Spanish according to the proof marks.
22C would be 22 Short.
NP on the barrel means it's proofed for smokeless.

Looks like a copy of the Marlin OK derringer...
