I need help identifying this old 12 gauge double barrel shotgun. it has spent the last five decades or more in my friend's dark damp attic. It is in poor shape. One hammer & trigger are frozen. the otherside actually works nicely. All the joints are loose. I can find no markings on the gun. Can anyone identify it from the photo?

If you break it open, are there any marks on the receiver flats beneath the barrels? There's almost always marks on there somewhere if it hasn't been scrubbed or home made.

That gun comes from a period when a lot of SxS wire twist guns were coming in from Belgium. Some were branded for retailers. It looks a lot like a Dumulin to me.

I understand a lot of contract guns for various stores were made by Crescent Firearms Company. I don't know if they were marked in any way to identify them.
