When a young Mullen girl decided to achieve, it was all about ability - not disability.
That's what drives 8-year-old Gracie Hoyt as she sets her sights on a state championship title in BB gun competition. It doesn't matter much to Hoyt that she will become the first known competitor with a disability to compete in the state tournament.
Hoyt only has three fingers on each hand. Her right arm is only 9 inches long and her left just 7 inches.
