so a new guy at work asks me if you can list guns for sale on craigs list. I said dunno, what are you selling? he told me he had a 1911 commander he wanted to unload for $320. I told him I was interested and today we made the deal. since we had to meet up somewhere and do the deal quick he told me if I changed my mind I could get my money back. it's a bit more beat up than expected but I'm leaning towards keeping it if it runs good. I already have the Jerry kuhnhausen shop manuals that I bought for my colt 1991a1 so I'll give it a good once-over.
