I picked up a 5903 Atlanta Police trade in for $279. The gun shoots reliability but accuracy is only so so. In all fairness I only tried 115gr ammo but I want to build the gun anyway so I didn't spend much time with it at the range after I checked reliability. I am about to install a Bar-Sto barrel and have a question. I am not that familiar with S&W autos. How critical is the barrel bushing fit (I notice it does have a bushing) on the 5903? Anyone other than Bar-Sto make a match grade barrel for it? Any other suggested mods other than different grips which will make the S&W a great shooter and SD weapon? Thanks.
