Picked this up today, one of these days I will get this whole digital photography thing down so I can get some better quality pictures. Got a really good deal on it though so I can spend the extra cash to take a class or something.

Nice Sgt. ! What type of scope is that? I put a red dot type on mine.

it says tasco propoint.....is a cheapy red dot I would imagine.......came with the gun and will come off just as quickly, unless I shoot it and by some miracle and actually like it

I've got a S&W 22S with a ProPoint 4 on it, and I've shot a Ruger with a similar type of red dot sight. The combination of those sights on .22's works really well at medium ranges.

How do you like your Smith 22S. I have been kicking around the idea of getting one just for grins and another plinker. Was kinda put off by some negative comments about the materials/workmanship of the 22S. Whats you take?
