My new HK 45C

This is my 3rd HK and I really like it.

I haven't gotten my first yet. I've shot them, and they're brilliant, but I always balk at the price. I tell myself there has GOT to be something equivalent for less money.

So far, I've only found one gun that has been; an EAA Witness Elite, and if they're less, they're not MUCH less.

Time to bite the bullet, I think. Maybe a used USP Elite or USP...

Watch out for HKs. They sneak up and multiply on you. I started with a
HK45C back in October, then an Expert in .45 then a USP 9c, now i'm looking for a USP45c. I think the accuracy, build quality, and reliability of HKs keeps you coming back for more.

Sweet gun. How is the trigger? I've been thinking of buying an HK45 or P30 DA/SA but wish it had a better SA trigger with an end of travel stop. Does anyone Know if these can be improved to a near 1911 standard?

The sa trigger pull is creepy and breaks at 5.5 lbs but is livable as far as combat triggers go.
