I had a posted a somewhat lukewarm review of my new Sig Mosquito a few weeks ago, but after making an ammo change, the Mosquito is rocking!!!
I began shooting it with CCI Blazer 22lr because I have several thousand rounds of that on hand. Unfortunately, the Mosquito becomes a single shot, with catastrophic problems with that ammo. I then shot some CCI stingers, and that feels like your shooting " a real gun" more than a 22, and the Mosquito functioned flawlessly with them, but as you know, stingers are a little pricey for plinking. Then this week, I purchased a brick of Remington Thunderbolts, and throughout all 500 of them, I did not have one problem out of the Mosquito. Finally, I have found good CHEAP plinking ammo that the insect like as well!
Now I think I can really recommend the Mosquito to anyone who thinks they might like one!!!
