I like my CZ's enough that they've virtually shoved my SIGs aside, and I've been a diehard SIG fan for 14 years. (My P220 is still up there with the CZ's, though.)
First, bear in mind that this was not a full-size CZ-75B; this was my CZ75D PCR compact, since the full-size is at the shop getting some MMC night sights installed.
Please also bear in mind that while I shoot the compact almost as well as I shoot the CZ-75B, the full-size pistol does group very slightly tighter.

It's a nice little pistol, about the same size as a P229, with a lower bore axis.
Please bear in mind that I shot it after shooting a box of 125gr JSP .375 through an SP101, so my hands were a bit numb and I didn't really do the CZ justice.
Started out with 5 rounds at 50ft on a slow fire target. Not my best group, but the center hole is actually two holes, touching.

Next, shot 50 rounds at 25 yards. Silhouette is next to me simply to show that the target is not quite human scale, maybe 3/4. (I'm 6ft and wear large shirts, 44 jacket, for reference... and real men can wear Curious George shirts if they feel like it, thanks.) Aside from the 2 to the target's right, I was fairly pleased with this.

Next, shot 100 rounds at 10 yards. I was fairly pleased with this, too.

Last, shot 50 rounds at 7 yards, left-handed. It's always good to get at least some weak hand shooting in; I try to get at least one box per session. I'm not quite ambi, but it's an ultimate goal. (Aikido training has helped, since we do techniques from either side, in equal numbers.) I was annoyed by the low-center flyer...
