Can someone chime in and please tell me when what year the Model 94 changed from top eject to sde-port eject? Thanks.

The offical time line on Mr Winchester's site says 1984, but I think there are exceptions for some of the many '94 variations (collectables, big bore).

Venison steak I hope.... I just had some bear for lunch that was taken with my '87 vintage 307 Win Angle eject last year. I was putting away this year's bear (358 Win/Ruger77) when I discovered my lapse.... thank god for vacuum bags....
