Missing 1903a3 Part

I am almost finished with my 1903a3 restoration but like a dummy I've lost a part. Do you know where I can find one?

The screw/bolt is missing
 
Well, that certainly looks like a bolt handle on the table.

I think he means "bolt" as in stove bolt, not the bolt containing the firing pin.

He is missing a part, I will assume the picture gives a hint. I will also assume he has a trigger guard with only one screw holding it on.

Missing? Heck in most photos you can't see mine and people tell me I'm missing that bolt all the time.


....and I see the rifle's Bolt in that photo ;)

The original M1903 receiver had a blind hole for the rear guard screw. In the M1903A3, the hole was just drilled through, as another cost saving measure. That means that a screw for the M1903 will be short for the M1903A3, and an M1903A3 screw will bottom out in an M1903. Gun Parts shows different stock numbers.
