Who makes good Mini 14 mags (high caps)? Does Ruger make them anymore?

I don't care for the Mini myself, but I am looking for some new ones for my department.

Ruger quit making Full capacities a while ago. They had 20s out for a while and you can still find them, but they are pricey. I find my Eagle (clear plastic 30 rounders) are the best ones I have. I also don't know what any of the other ones are except cheap.


Being for LE purposes thopugh you might still be able to get them from Ruger.

Have a look at perfectunion.com. There is a board specifcally dedicated to Min 14 and 30 magazines. Makes interesting reading.

PMI (Precision Mag Industries) made good mags before the ban. You can still find them at gun shows. Other than that stick with factory mags.

I am trying to find replacements for our two dept. Minis, as they are getting pretty rough. BTW, I don't carry one. :barf:
