Military Style .32 ACP Ammo?

Can anybody tell me about some ammo I have that says "nny-86" "7.65" on the brass, has a 71 gr. FMJ bullets and has "crimped" primers? They fire fine, but I got a nasty surprise when I went to reload the cases (my poor de-capping pin ). wolfz

I THINK, but I'm not certain, that that headstamp indicates manufacture in Communist-era Czechslovakia.

I'll have to drag my headstamp books out of the basement and let you know.
