meprolight adjustable sights

Was wondering if any has had some experience with these?

They appeal to me because they can be cheaply had from midway and that they are tritium and adjustable at the same time. I wouldn't mind having the front sight being a different color but then I'd have to purchase another front sight.

Also can someone explain to me which sight I would need for a norinco 1911 because I don't quite understand which tenon I would need.

Also does anyone know if these drop pretty much in or is there some milling that has to be done, as so far in brownells and in midway they don't mention any gunsmithing required.

just realized that the cheap price from midway was for the fixed meprolights, anyone know of a place that has some good prices for the meprolight tritium that are adjustable?
