I admit I don't know much about this rifle. But I saw one at my gunshop and was very taken by it. So what's the history on this rifle? The one I saw, and am looking at, is in .270 Win. Any experience with this rifle?

Cool rifles. The quick change barrel was a major selling point for Europeans, maybe not so much for us here in the USA. The bolt and magazine design allows for a shorter overall length while still keeping a 2" longer barrel for good velocities. They are kinda cute and ugly at the same time, the short action length makes it look kind of strange to someone who is used to seeing full length actions. The have a reputation for being extremely accurate.

sort of a proto-blaser IIRC

everything associated with it is expensive (mounts and new barrels)

haven't been produced for many years
