Match grade magnifier...

Okay I got these super thick high power (magnum?) magnifying lenses. I am having great difficulty keeping the beam focused on my prey. seems the more powerful the magnification the harder to hold steady on the target much the same as with a scope. I need some sort of "tri-pod" with 1/8th MOA adjustments to slowly adjust for the movement of the earth and prey.
Any ideas?

P.S. just somethin for the slow activity on the board...:D

If ya build a little ant corral and loading chute you can keep the little critters in one place. I recommend baiting it with a dead toad, but a grasshopper will do in a pinch. Now get Junior; since he doesn't have jangled nerves, and have him hold the lens between the sun and the ants and move it down until focused. Might consider sunglasses with UV protection for Jr. Vwolla! With ample practice you can move on to paper and tinder.

I'm out of stock on calibrated, motor-drive tripod heads, but I can make you a helluva cash deal on a bridge...
