Marlin 1894SS

Looking in the new Marlin catalog and I came across the 1894SS(stainless steel)---looks good in the picture and getting real close to wanting one.

Does anyone actually own one of these and could they give us a range report??

Haven't shot one but played with one in the gun shop for quite a while. Very nicely made, if I didn't have an 1894P already probably would have grabbed it. Asking price at the gun shop was $500.
