M1913 Picatinny Rail Specifications?

Hey all,

I'm trying to find a document that details the exact specifications of the M1913 Picatinny rail - the thickness of the side rails, the angles of the cuts, and so on. Googling it doesn't really help at all - just returns a bunch of product advertisements. Can anyone help?

Prior to the 21st century, what did the government mount on these rails, and which weapons were equipped with the rails? I'm no expert on military gear, but I know a M1916 holster from a M1936 pistol belt, and I'd never heard of the M1913 rail before a year or two ago.
