M16/AR15 legality

hi guys! im just new here in this forum and i have seen some filipino members. my question: is the M16/AR15 or any other 5.56mm rifle allowed in the philippines? what are the laws regarding it? is it allowed in full auto or just semi? im asking this because i have seen this poster earlier this day about a two gun match (pistol & m16). thanks in advance!

(Eagle arms in Illinois, bought the US rights to the name)
