Looking for RDS opinions

Hey all what red dots have you had the most luck with?

I am sort of looking for two in separate categories.

First a cheaper RDS to mount on a Beretta NEOs who's rear blade is giving me headaches. Truglow perhaps? (is this a rebaged NcStar sight? it seems so similar to all the 4 reticle sights barska, sightmark etc.)

or this one

Second (more expensive) to mount on my other .22 'project' that isn't quite done.

I looking for a 'decent' red dot and a nicer one. I was thinking the Burris fast fire for the more expensive one. I like the compactness of the optic. I've had tube RDS on my pistols before but they just seem so huge.

This is the Burris

Also this one?

It can be any brand of type I am open to suggestions. even tube ones if they aren't to massive. :D

There are several red dots out there that will stand up to any amount of recoil you're able to handle and each has their better points. The Burris fastfire and Jpoint aren't as expensive but lack a fine/small aiming point but are fine for action shooting and "less precise" target work. The Leupold Deltapoint covers all the bases if you get the 7.5MOA delta, as you can use the tip for a precise aiming point and the large delta for quick action shooting. Aimpoints are very rugged and they have dot sizes to satisfy most "needs" but are on the high dollar side of things.

All are very light weight. Your mounts will vary depending upon your tastes and some will mill their slides on bottom feeders and mount their red dots basically in place of their rear sight and also mill a location for a backup sight (BUS) just in case the red dot goes down and you find yourself in need of putting rounds on target.http://www.bowietacticalconcepts.com/pictures.html

One of the better internet sites having a wide selection of red dots and low prices is http://www.opticsplanet.com/s/red+dots/cat~20
