Will someone please post a summary on the current Laws concerning Long Guns in a non-commercial Automobile? Either the previous or a link would be great.

I've lived in Georgia all of my life. I am aware of no laws regarding long guns in vehicles. There are none listed in the NRA's site on state laws. I have emailed a Georgia firearms rights lobbyist to see if he knows of any.

Thanks for all the great info! I have not seen these laws. My interpretation of these are that it is unlawful to have a loaded firearm while in an automobile, while on
'Deparmental Fishing Grounds'??
What the HE..?
