Load Work-up worksheet

I got tired of having to search back through my rather messy notebook for previously developed load data, so I came up with this worksheet. View attachment Ammo workup form.pdf

I use it to work up a load, and then punch it and keep it in a loose leaf binder in order, with all the other loads I've worked up.

My spreadsheet, which includes load data and testing results, has the following:
