for those of us who are new to the whole ar scene, and don't speak assualtrifleesh.... what kind of parts did you use to build that up? what type scope is that?

Start from top to bottom...

The upper receiver is a rifle-length MRP with a 18" stainless 1:8" twist barrel. Muzzle device is a Vortex flash hider. The scope is a Trijicon TA11 ACOG. The flip-up iron sights are the Troy BUIS. Rail covers are the Magpul low-pro XT covers.

The lower receiver is an old Eagle Arms from the 1980's. Trigger group is a JP single stage 4#. Stock is a Magpul M93A. Pistol grip is a CavArms/Falcon ergo grip. I'm using the LMT enhanced bolt, and I switch between a LBC hard-chrome carrier, and a JP stainless steel bolt carrier.

Any additional paint (on stock and barrel) was done by me with Brownell's Aluma-Hyde II.
