For people wondering where a great gunshop (one with excellent customer service, great experience, friendly, helpful and an all around great place) might be located, or at least our wonderfully enlightened opinions of the great ones, I think it a good idea to give them some advertising here. The great ones deserve it. Please include the area and link!

The best place around here, The Ammo Box of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin does not have a website. Yikes, I was surprised the owner, Tryg, has lights and running water.

Now, in your parameters for this thread you listed "friendly." Wel-l-l-l, Tryg is a good, honest working man, he talks straight and you can depend on him keeping his word. If you know grizzly old mountain men, then you know Tryg.

He'll bust his butt to serve you, he'll honor every promise. The discourse, however, is akin to what you'd expect if Hulk Hogan was standing on one of your nickels. It's not disrespect, its just, just, just, "Tryg."

But I wouldn't buy a handgun anywhere else.
