It wasn't that the moderator disapproved of them I don't think, but rather that they were off topic to General Discussions. All topics in here are supposed to be Gun Related.
You might try reposting them in Legal and Political, they are a little broader in their topics over there and don't have to be gun related per se. But it might get closed there too since they aren't exactly a political topic.

I find these things interesting in my older years and thought others might also. When I was young I couldn't come by such information but now that I'm 56 and my hero's are -80+ they loosen a little. I try to explain to them that as they die, the history they lived dies. I only want to share. Any way no offense to the moderator.
