I have heard that Les Baer uses slides and frames that have not been heat treated. Can anyone verify if this is true or not? I am not questioning their quality.
I know this question has been asked in the past so I tried to perform a search but the search function has been disabled for quite some time now. What's up with that?
Ask Jim Budde at 1911forum.com in the Les Baer section. This rumor has been perpetuated for years. I cannot answer for the past, but at present I believe the frames and slides are heat-treated. Who told you this may I ask?
