Is it worth buying a crimping die ? My bullets don't have the crimp ridge marking on them and I haven't been crimping them

If they are not subject to heavy recoil, or the violent action of a semi auto I would not worry too much about it.
Note if they are loaded into a detatchable mag crimping may be necessary. I do not crimp my .221 Rem Fireball, or .223 Rem I shoot out of my bolt action rifles. I also load them one at a time by hand so they are not subject to the magazine pressure. It works for me your milage may varry.

NO -- if you crimp those bullets your just squashing it all out of shape. Why would you take a premium bullet and put it in a die and put a uncontroled crimp grouve in it? If the manufacture of the bullet meant it to be crimped there would be a crimping grouve.

Don't ask here -- call the bullet manufacture and ask them !!!
