I had read Sturmgewehre's thread about the new LCP magazines, and I want to make sure I'm understanding this situation. First let me say that I don't have an LCP, but my buddy picked up a new one last night. While looking at it I noticed that the mag would not insert all the way into the pistol without depressing the mag release button. Is this the way it's supposed to work, or is this the problem that was being discussed in Sturmgewehre's thread? This doesn't seem right to me.
