Played our version of "20 Questions" with the children the other night. Hubby's turn to pick the person we were guessing about. We narrowed it down to a real person (not fiction), alive today, male, with whom we've not had personal correspondence, but did not learn about via book, CD, video, or audio tape (we don't watch tv). Guessed internet. Yes. Then they were stumped for a minute. How the eldest guessed TFL, I'm not sure, but she did (we don't know 'people' via internet other than TFL, though). I asked if it was an LEO, yes, then the 9 and 11 yo girls shouted together, "LAWDOG!!!"

We were howling over your latest Files a few days ago. (But couldn't read them the one about the rock of cocaine in the shorts!)

LawDog is a famous fellow. He's known even in our house! :)

Thanks, LawDog, for writing up The LawDog Files.

Well, we keep encouraging him to publish his Files as a book. Authors receive honorariums for speeches . . .

Begin by publishing the book, LawDog, (hmm, royaltie$), then we'll discuss speaking engagements. :D
