Kimber CDP (First Series)

My night sights have died on my Kimber CDP (First Series). I spoke with Kimber and their rear sights have changed with the implementation of the subsequent series of the CDP.

They can only offer to replace my original sights with the current CDP style.
My desire is to keep it as originally produced, so.....

Did Kimber make their own night sights?
Can they be "re-lamped"?

Any suggestions?

I would use a solid black rear sight and night sight on the front. It's a good set up and concentrating on the front sight will give you tighter groups at the range and unhappier burglars.

9 out of 10 burglars agree, concentrating on your front sight gives you tighter groups.
