Kensington, MD, Overrun with Santas

:D I was with great glee that I watched the evening news lastnight as scores of Santas showed up for Kensington's Christmas Tree lighting. The mayor looked like a complete idiot, ignoring questions about Santa's presence, acting as if everything was hunky-dory, but it was wonderful to see the Minions of the PC looking so stupid (then again, it is Mongomery Co. - par for the course) on TV.

There were Santas of all races, sizes, each sex, on Harleys, on firetrucks, it was great:D

Then the PC weenies were worried that all the Santas would confuse THE CHILDREN (oh, the horror - so many Santas :eek: :confused: :D ). Lordy, those people are lame.

Whata bunch of idiots. As if going into every single store at Christmas time doesn't already clue the kids into the fact that there are a LOT of different Santas.

I'll tell my kids (if I ever have any) the same thing that I told my nephews when they asked why so many Santas...

At Christmas, Santa is VERY busy, so he deputizes a lot of helper Santas.

While they aren't the "real" Santa, they act with the full authority of Santa, report back to Santa at the North Pole what each kid wants, and help let him know who's been naughty and nice.

My nephews accepted that without a single problem what-so-ever.

Those whiny pukes need something special for Christmas...

I'm thinking something along the lines of a stun gun and their genitalia...

The town tried to smooth things over after they saw the writing on the wall, but it was still obvious they're a bunch of idiots.

I saw good news reports on local FOX and NBC stations last night, and some FReepers were pictured on FOX. ABC glossed over it. There are some great pictures over at FreeRepublic.

It got very favorable press on Fox News last night. The talking head did everything but call the city government a bunch of idiots. :D
