Kahr P7 Question

Kahr lists the height of the P7 as 4.5" and I'm wondering if this is with the magazine in the gun? What is the bottom of mag to top of slide height? Thanks for your help.

I'm concerned about the height of the P9 and wondering if it is okay for pocket carry. JR

For pocket carry you will want the subcompact MK-9 or MP-9 in 9mm, or MK-40 in .40 S&W.

My P40 (same size as P9) is a great pistol; I love it, but its grip is a tad too long to carry it comfortably in the pocket.

As soon as the PM9 or the PM40 are available, I will probably buy one for pocket carry.

If you really want the P9 or P40's 3.5" barrel, you could get the Covert model. Long barrel and the short grip.

Going to pick up a MK9, soon as I get the money. Stainless looks so much better than the poly.

Just get a bigger pocket.
