Kahr K9 and MK9 compatibility

I have the great Kahr K9 in my collection and am considering an MK9.

Does anyone know:

Holster compatibility - Is there any interchagability in holsters for the guns?

Magazine compatibility - can the K9's mags fit the MK9?

The MK is the "Micro-Kahr" which is a K9 with a shorter slide and frame butt.
It will fit the K9 holsters, but the holster will be too long for it.

You can use K9 magazines in the Micro, but if you slam them in, they will go TOO far and damage gun and magazine.

I "think" Kahr or someone makes an adapter that slips over the K9 magazines and act as a stop when using the magazine in the shorter MK9.

One more additional question - if I was using the Galco lite shoulder holster system that has a thumb break - will it hold the MK9 as securely as the K9?

It should.
Again, the MK9 is nothing more than the K9 only with a shorter butt and slide.
The body of the gun is the same size.
