I paid a visit today to a local shooting club. (after a lot of searching) They have their own range, clubhouse, facilitys etc. A little bit limited in that they cannot allow magnum handgun rounds or centerfire rifles. It is in the middle of an urban area. 50 yd and 100 yd ranges, turning targets, silouette target buttes and a couple of target swingers, like they swing back after you hit them.
Nice folks, decent range, good hours of availability.
Good thing that I have as nearly as possible, matched my centerfire rifles with rimfire rifles that have the same feel, trigger, weight etc. Great practice. Handgun is open to all but magnums.
