I checked the list today and both the .380 and 9mm Jenning pistols passed the safety test. I thought the purpose of these expensive tests was to eliminate "unsafe" guns like Jenning. What a waste of money. So now in California I can buy a Jenning, Davis or a Phoenix pistol but not something "unsafe" like a Makarov(unless it is East German).What a joke.
