No, but before you do this, inquire about the FFL transfer fee. If he's high, shop around for a lower fee. Your seller may want to use Carolina Firearms because he already has his FFL info. But that info can be quickly exchanged with email or fax.

The OP is the seller, if the buyer wants to use that FFL, then use him. The buyer is paying the transfer fees.
