I have an old High Standard Sport King. I used to shoot well only with CCI Mini-Mags(20 years ago). I dragged it out of retirement to let my son shoot it a few weeks ago, and only haveing some cheap Thunderbolts and Dynapoints on hand, decided to use them.I was rather surprised with the results, not match grade, but still a vast improvement. Have today's manufacturing methods become so much better that .22's aren't as pickey as they used to be, or did I just get lucky?
Is .22 ammo better now?
