I found this link to be not only interesting but educational as well. The way you hear some people talk you would think that outside of the United States, people don't have guns. You get the impression that guns are pretty much banned everywhere but here.
There do seem to be many more restrictions in other countries. Restrictions I hope we never see. Restrictions are not the same as bans though. Heck, we have some states in our union that have restrictions that are not that different from that of other countries.
I would really be interested in hearing from our international members. I realize that written law and practiced law are not always the same.
Are there countries that have an all out, one hundred percent firearm ban for civilians? Are ther countries that have looser restrictions then ours?
