As you said, dry but an interesting glimpse into the mindset of these people. Interesting too that it was printed in the Washington Post.
Personally, when I saw the media making catty comments on Harris' makeup, I felt that FINALLY they had reached rock bottom.
They haven't bounced from that position since.

Amazing how complicit so many in the media were in this. It reminds me of the scene in "The Godfather" where Michael says, "We have newspaper people on the payroll, don't we Tom? They might like a story like this."
Interesting, too, that Gore didn't want to go after the SC justices. Now, with the election over, the media's ripping into the Court.
Makes you wonder whether those stories are the media's or the creation of guys like Lehane.
