Installing sights on Rem. 870?

I have just purchased a Remington 870 with a 18" barrel and factory installed mag extension. The gun is sweet. I was wondering how can I install sights on it? I want a ghost ring setup. The problem is, there is only a front bead sight and there are no holes in the rear to install a rear sight. Do I have to get it drilled or does someone sell easy install ghost rings?

Scattergun Tech makes an excellent ghost ring/tritium front setup. I also like the MMC Ghost ring too...

I have both. I lean toward the MMC just a bit for some reason...

Gunsmiths can drill and tap for the ghost and the front epoxies on with the Scattergun Tech over the bead.

A definite upgrade.
